I've come to Dama a multitude of times. The food is absolutely incredible and it never ceases to amaze me. I highly recommend Dama to anyone looking to get their shawarma fix in.
OMG - Gold mine!!!! I'm very very picky when it comes to middle eastern food. With that said never have I felt this compelled to rush to write a Yelp review. Bravo on all levels. Portions were fantastic even on Extra items. Flavors of every single food item was 10/10 delicious. Hospitality & care of the staff members was refreshing. SHWE patiently helped us order our food through their automated touch screen system. What a knowledgeable kind girl. SHADI was making the shawarma in the back & he was such a warmhearted Dude, bless his soul. SYRIANS know how to make shawarma!!!! Much love to this joint. They have indoor & outdoor dining with plenty of parking in the back. Their rice was tearfully tasty. Their beef Kebob was excellent. Their chicken was tender & spiced to perfection. Both beef & chicken shawarmas were amazing but their chicken shawarma in particular was the best I've ever had in Los Angeles. Hummus had the right consistency. Tahini was superb unlike most places that water it down too much! I love how they have both PITA & SAJ thin flat bread options for shawarma. They nailed the garlic sauce as well, most places drop the ball on this iconic dip! Definitely a repeat! Definitely check them out if you truly appreciate authentic middle eastern food. I hope they expand to have 200 stores nationwide cuz a restaurant that can properly capture authentic middle eastern flavors is shockingly very rare in Los Angeles. Cant wait to return.

The chicken kebab wrap HITS! The pomegranate molasses is so genius. The wrap is an insane savory bite with a touch of sweetness that just... so good. Very unique, I've never had anything like that. Plus, the prices in this economy?! It's not a huge wrap, but it's got a good amount of meat in it and is filling enough. Restaurant had nice, clean seating and I parked in the market parking lot (not sure if I'm supposed to or not?) I'll definitely be back.
The wraps are very good and for a reasonable cost, we ordered pickup and will be adding Dama to our mix of where to order from when we are too lazy to cook. The meat has a lot of flavor, and the wraps are very filling. The falafels are also pretty good. Don't skimp on the sauces, garlic is dank but delicious. They also give a pretty substantial amount of fries, so if your kids are fry monsters like mine, they will be happy.
Really good Syrian food. Very intense flavors in the sauces so maybe ask for those on the side unless you like big flavors. Quality of the meat / vegetables was great. Everything cooked perfectly. Al's hot chicken is in the same place so you can easily get that at the same time! Very nice people working there and easy parking. Highly recommended!
